Khoros is a global leader in digital-first customer engagement software, with a focus on building enterprise-grade software for digital customer service, online brand communities, and social media management I lead the product team for the Communities product, representing 70% of the organization's ARR, and coordinated work among a global product and design team spread across multiple continents.

Part of the Application Performance Management (APM) product group as the product manager for the PHP, Go, and C agents. Managed the backlog of work for the product team and coordinated with GTM on releases, issues, feedback, and escalations.

Oversaw major components of the Jive portfolio including Search, Analytics, Integrations, and the external community. In my role, I worked as a cross-functional leader, I managed the product development lifecycle and collaborated with Design on mockups and requirements, with Engineering as part of their Agile development process, with Sales on how to sell the product, and with the go-to-market team (such as Services, Marketing, and Support) to enable and prepare them for the product launch.
