- Managed the technical team responsible for development of the main strategic systems of HSBC Insurance Broker, jointly developed with international teams, with USD 8 million local budget.- Coordinated the adoption of the agile SCRUM development methodology by the team, being one of the first teams to use this methodology at HSBC Brazil.- Played a decisive role in expansion of the project of HSBC Insurance Broker – before only local – to the rest of the HSBC group.- As Latin America’s representative, was member of the team responsible for the definition of technical strategic of transition of the legacy systems of Insurance area to new global systems – Insurance Technical Design Authority.- Performed on behalf of Latin America in IT international forums of HSBC group, in the global program of architecture, systems and business model standardization (One HSBC).
