Monitor Store Sales performance and operational efficiency • Create awareness of Company products and services in community, proactively work on marketing and sales plans in alignment with GM Sales• Ensure the store achieves Sales Targets in Quality Visits • Report Store performance, progress and issues to GM• Continuously improve store operations and employees performance in order to meet and exceed targets and objectives • Ensure the product and service knowledge of Store staff meet standards• Organize and control stock takes and cycle counts • Coordinate with Finance & ensure cash collections happening on time • Maintain transaction and inventory records • Manage the Store facility and Report facility issues to Retail Facilities Management
