WNS Network Services Reporting to Facility Manager.• Responsible to arrange all soft services consumables on monthly Basis.• Interacting with the housekeeping vendor.• Responsible for the duty roster and completely daily & monthly attendance.• Updated the resolution time of the complaint & request.• Look after of the Event and client visits arrangements.• Update the MIS, Weekly report & Daily report.• Handling client visit.• Management of housekeeping services as well as technical services.• Coordinate with various vendors to complete the pending/ new jobs.• Monthly SLA performance.• Responsible to follow Environment management system. (Ensure the usages of personalprotection equipment, waste segregation, Chemical management etc).Cafeteria Management :• Responsible for all cafeteria food vendors as well as tuck shop vendors.• Organizing Food Committee Meeting with employees, for getting proper feedback regarding food provided by the vendor.• Daily Kitchen Audit and making weekly/Monthly report.• Quality Check of tuck shop materials• Procedure setup with vendor for quality improvement• Inventory Management• Maintaining Food wastage report /Food consumption report/gas cylinder usage reports
