***Short Term Direct Contract***Responsibilities:·Executing the entire task in recruitment encompassing sourcing, screening, shortlisting,selection and appointment, etc.·Sourcing profiles through job portals/employee referrals / Vendor and socialnetworking sites.·Interacting with hiring manager to understand the role requirement and ensure promptdelivery of resumes.·Conducting the initial technical phone screening. Sending the meeting request toTechnical Panel and coordinate with the hiring managers for the interviews.·Roll out offers to shortlisted candidates.
