 Studying, Reviewing and analyzing the Tender Documents, Scope of Work, Drawing and any other requirements provided by Client, including Electrical, Instrumentation, Telecommunication, Fire & gas, Public address & General alarm, CCTV & SMATV system. Reviewing Electrical Drawing, locating of all the electrical equipment, Single Line Diagram, Site Layout Drawing, Cable schedule, JB schedule, GA Drawing, etc., Submitting and clarifying all the tender clarification queries in multiple stages in order to complete the project with exact consideration. Conducting Site survey to understand the complete scope of the project and also acquisition of all required Data to prepare Complete Bill of Material with required quantities.  Transmitting Request for Quotation to Client approved Vendors and Civil/Mechanical Sub-contractors to obtain the quotation. Following up with the approached Sub-contractors/Vendors to obtain the quote in time. Calculation of Total manpower required for the project including Project Management Personnel and Site Execution Personnel with all Senior and junior category. Negotiations with suppliers on both technical and commercial aspects of Product.  Preparing Priced & un-priced BOQ and Schedule of rates for the Site personnel as per the Tender format. Calculation of Total Project Value by including all other Expenses like Food, Accommodation, Transportation, Tools & Equipment, Passes, Site facilities and other utility sources, etc.,  Preparing Man power resources Technical bid documents such as Histogram with direct and indirect crafts, Organization chart,and workshop facilities to represent about the abilities to complete the successful project. Preparing the Methodology of project execution documents such as Method statement, Mobilization/De-mobilization Plan, work and quality control Procedures, etc., Preparing different levels of Project Planning schedule with highlighted milestone activities using MS Project.
