Engineering Resolution Team
Current- Key responsibilities include leading/managing the team and evaluating its performance through metrics, identifying gaps, executing continuous improvement plans leading to customer satisfaction
- Interact with Product Engineering/Product line Manager, R&D, and Developers to triage and close the loop on Defects, and issues raised internally or by customers
- Collaborate with Escalation Managers/Duty Managers to ensure all customers and internal escalations are closed loop end to end
- Working closely with the engineering team on bug cases raised via Jira for priority resolution
- Technical document tracking and feature on new version releases will be updated in the confluence portal for tracking
