Guardian is a driver monitoring technology that aims to get everyone home safely. Guardian Live is the digital platform, servicing over 50,000 vehicles globally, that enables effective intervention when drivers are fatigued or distracted.As the Digital Product Manager I have delivered on an ambitious roadmap, while embedding a team culture of user-led product discovery and development. I have built a high-performing team, in a fast-paced, hybrid, agile product environment, including through effective roadmap prioritisation and planning and sprint, delivery and release management. Effective internal and external stakeholder engagement, including through consultation and user testing during design and discovery phases, to ensure alignment and build evidence and momentum.Highlights include:Overhauled current reporting to provide insights into driver and fleet behaviour, to improve safety. Our first customer mobile application, to enable effective monitoring of issues on-the-go.Redesigned our analyst support service end-to-end, to reduce operating costs by ~20%. Future Friendly is an award winning product design studio, who build digital products that deliver outcomes at scale. As a Strategy Lead I worked across a diverse range of sectors from insurance, banking and education to government services. I excelled at applying design thinking methods, to explore divergent opportunities, conduct user and stake-holder research and synthesis insights, and build evidence to define an MVP, that delivered customer and business value. Research deliverables included assumptions mapping, testing scripts, facilitation, observation frameworks, synthesis, insights for both concept and usability testing rounds, to inform iterative prototyping.Strategy deliverables included defining the product's value proposition, vision prototypes, key outcomes, prioritisation frameworks, strategy and product roadmap, evaluation framework and exit surveys.I also championed measurement and evaluation, launching Future Friendly’s evaluation offering, with CommBank's Next Chapter Program, to combat financial abuse. Project highlights also included: Product strategy for Netflix’s learning and development platform, to up-skill emerging talent from diverse regions. Product management for the Department of Agriculture’s digital transformation program, from discovery to a first release, with a faster and simpler way to register your business to export.
