Being Project Controlling Director I am responsible for the overall management of core company products, customer management and expansion, overseeing and handling of customized automation software, team management and company growth.

As Operation Manager I am responsible of overall IT Project (in Finance domain) lifecycle management for most of the company's core projects : from Requirements Procurement, Estimation, CRM, Resource Management Development/QA Management to Delivery, Invoicing and Support. I also manage a clientele of CFO, CEO, CPO, MD and entire core IT team with 10+ team members in India. Have been the Key Account Manager for all the primary products like MIS, Budgeting & Planning Tools, Web based tailor-made applications, Customized Process Automation Software.

As a Team Lead have handled projects in finance domain from procurement to deployment along with a team of 5+ SDEs and test engineers. I have been actively involved in the ownership of core products like MIS, MS Excel based planning/budgeting tools, customized automations tools, Web based applications in field of Finance. I was responsible for the clientele ranging from department heads to finance controllers spread across various domains in Germany.

As a junior Manager have individually managed market research/ analysis based projects for SMEs located in Germany helping in their decision making process. I was also the secondary POC for more than 30 projects in domains ranging from logistics to digital marketing, construction, Hospitality etc. Software handbooks translations and creations has also been part my tasks making me efficient in German-English (technical) translations.
