- Sourcing of Materials (Raw Materials, Finished Products, Packaging Material) required for operatingunits across the globe.􏰀 -Identifying suppliers for the same and negotiate the price.-􏰀 Procurement of Capital Equipment’s and Spares required by the group.􏰀- Assisting Global Freight Manager with all 3 Shipping lines to make contract.-􏰀 New Product / Vendor Development.

-Ensured that the company’s supply chain operations are synchronized in order to extract themaximum value and performance out of them.-Liaising with shippers/consignees and consignment agents for ensuring smooth operations, systemsand procedures for distribution and logistics.-Responsible for day to day activities of handling documentation work, starting from raising Purchase orders from Customers requirement till the shipping documents. Responsible for updating stocks in system, raising sales invoices, preparing shipment documents against Letter of Credit, and follow upfor arranging vendor’s payments on time.-Negotiating, shippers/ consignees, etc. to ensure seamless, cost-effective movement of consignmentand timely delivery of export orders.

- Maintaining KPI (Key Performance Indicator) for various suppliers.􏰀- Continually monitoring stocks levels of key items. Ensuring the continuity of product supply comingup with solutions to availability issues. Address supply related queries and issues in a timelymanner.􏰀- Carrying out the initial and also on-going assessment of the supply chain. Implementing supplychain strategies both locally and internationally.-􏰀 Correcting supply chain related issues and problems globally. Leading multi-functional teams atvarious levels.

- Working closely with suppliers and customers to improve operations and reduce cost. Schedulemonthly forecast/supply meetings with all customers/vendors as required.- Monitoring data management to keep accurate product, contract, pricing and invoicing information.Preparing and maintaining reports and other data for use by top management.
