Coordinating with Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas and Oil PSUs (IOCL, HPCL, BPCL, GAIL, ONGC, OIL, IGL etc.) regarding meetings, events, conservation activities and other day to day work. Preparing presentation for Executive Committee, Governing Body and other meetings and events of PCRA. Maintaining weekly & monthly MIS reports of conservation activities conducted by State Level Coordinators. Preparing of agenda folders, approval notes, meeting notice for Executive Committee, Governing Body, Award Evaluation and Planning Meeting of PCRA. Supporting during various events & exhibitions like: Cyclothon Saksham Inaugural Function IITF AgroWorld National Level Quiz, Essay & Painting Competition. Preparing SAKSHAM activity report for Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas. Vendor Management. Reviewing vendor invoices and bills prior to submitting them to finance department. Coordinating with Finance department to clear the vendor bills and release payments. Managing phone calls, taking care of dispatching, keeping records for incoming & outgoing files, letters & packages.
