My practice areas are analytics, customer analysis, and operations research.► I introduced customer segmentation and technical marketing techniques to help grow energy efficiency customer program growth. Pulled together a 360° view of the customer from over 20 disparate data sources and by applying statistical scoring techniques and machine learning allowed for reaching more customers with less effort and cost. ► I am an analytical polyglot and in any given day may use SAS, SQL, Python, or R to solve a business problem or complete an ad hoc research request. Colliers Idaho is a locally owned office of the Colliers International Group (NASDAQ: CIGI) (TSX: CIGI) ♦ I was recruited to Colliers to build out the firm's real estate transaction databases and revamp market research reports.► When I started at the company, real estate transactions were tracked in loose collections of spreadsheets. When I left agents had access to near real time transaction data housed in a web based database. ► Working with graphic designers, I initiated re-designs of the quarterly market reports and worked with agents to increase the distribution of report documents to existing and potential clients.► Employee of the year 2006

Focused on transportation, B2B, government agencies, regulated industries, and not-for-profits. ♦ I was recruited to the firm to increase business in the government survey sector. My primary assignments were sample design and post survey data processing and analysis. ► I helped land over $440K in new survey research contracts by creating proprietary post-stratification methods allowing the client to disproportionately sample several minority populations in one survey design.

State government agency that promotes and protects the health and safety of Idahoans.♦ Worked with a group of the state agency that handled vital statistics and also monitored chronic diseases and risk factors for Idahoans. My group was Center for Disease Control funded primarily focused on analyzing survey results.► As my first job out of college this ended up being a great opportunity to directly apply my statistical training. I learned to analyze complex survey design data (not from simple random samples) with complex variance structures.
