我在SHL邁入第12年，經手的產業領域橫跨醫療器材、瑞典高級遊艇、泰國高端Villa、德國物流產業以及歐洲廣譜大麻。目前，團隊的專注點是瑞典尼古丁snus產業。我曾經獨自前往法國巴黎、奧地利維也納、德國慕尼黑、德國斯圖加特、香港黃金海岸以及中國海南島協助當地業務團隊策展。同時，我也曾暫代歐洲客服部門的空缺，展開一年的客戶服務窗口工作並協助建立客戶服務的SOP制度。我們的團隊目前提供以下服務：線上：網站建置、行銷策略規劃、平面廣告設計、社群媒體管理等。實體製作物：產品包裝設計、品牌周邊設計、品牌手冊及印刷品設計等。2024年，團隊將會有全新的大型計畫展開，我非常期待迎接下一階段的挑戰。---I have accumulated 12 years of experience in SHL, spanning across various industries including medical equipment, Swedish luxury yachts, high-end villas in Thailand, logistics in Germany, and the European cannabis products. Currently, our team primary focus is on the European nicotine snus industry.I have independently traveled to Paris, France; Vienna, Austria; Munich and Stuttgart, Germany; Gold Coast, Hong Kong; and Hainan Island, China, to assist local business teams in exhibition planning. Additionally, I have temporarily filled the vacancy in the European customer service department, engaging in a year-long customer service role and assisting in the establishment of customer service SOPs.Our team currently offers the following services:Online: Website development, marketing strategy planning, graphic design for advertisements, social media management, etc.Physical productions: Product packaging design, brand peripheral design, brand manuals, and print design, etc.In 2024, our team will embark on a new large-scale project, and I am eagerly anticipating embracing the challenges of the next phase.
