Providing support to service desk calls, ITSM Service Now, E-mail and Walk-in requests for:- Supporting 5 Offices and 11 Offshore Vessels end users and infrastructure issues.- Windows Support to 7 / Win10;- Microsoft Office support 2007/2010/365;- Desktops and notebooks support;- Windows Server Support (2003/2008/2012/2016);- Exchanger Server Administration and Support (2003 and 2010);- Windows Active Directory Support;- VMware Installation and Support;- Management and Implementation of IT Infrastructure Projects;- Administration of shared location NTFS security by manage folders permissions and creating security access reports for audit proposes when requested;- Administration of Cisco Call Manager by creating and deleting SIP devices;- Billing apportionment of mobile phones, desk phone and printers;- Supporting VIP users (President, VP, Directors, High Management and Executive Visitor)Registering everything in the ITSM to keep on tracking and creating weekly SLA reports.
