Responsible for maintaining databases, presenting organization’s numbers to directors and addressing stakeholders’ overall demands.

Responsible for structuring and integrating e-commerce database, Shopify integration and Google Ads management.

Responsible for helping traders and sales-traders monitor orders and market flow, while also contributing with trade ideas, with frequent contact to local and international clients. Also maintained and optimized databases and end-of-day processes.

HR area founder and first manager, led a diverse 7 people team while also indirectly responsible for other 30 individuals. - Created and optimized HR services and policies, with focus on building a feedback-rich culture;- Created a new application process from scratch and a new career plan; - Increased the number of applicants by 60% and reduced the turnover rate by 50%.

Responsible for Events' planning and operation with a team of 6 people. Leader of a committee that reshaped the club's organization structure, creating two new areas.
