- Planning and designing the programme and proactively monitoring its progress, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective action- Ensuring effective quality assurance and the overall integrity of the programme - focusing inwardly on the internal consistency of the programme, and outwardly on its coherence with infrastructure planning, interfaces with other programmes and corporate, technical and specialist standards- Managing communications with all stakeholders- Managing both the dependencies and the interfaces between projects- Managing risks to the programme's successful outcome

- Operation of LT and HT Switch gears, HT Furnace Transformer and Power Transformer, IPFC Panels, MCC Panels with different starting module, LT motors, Industrial Lighting system including High mast lighting, Solar street lighting and other related equipments of electrical system.- Conversant with the use of modern electrical equipment such as Thermal Imager, 10 KV IR Testers etc.- Operation of HT(6.6KV, 2MVA)and LT(415V, 320 KVA) DG sets.
