At OpSec, I play two roles:1. As Site Lead of India Software Development Centre (GCC) for OpSec Security, my responsibilities include:- Setting up OpSec’s operations in India from scratch by partnering with HR, Finance, Facilities and Legal teams.- Building an engineering CoE (Centre of Excellence) in India, by hiring top software engineering talent across various product lines and driving knowledge of these product lines to this team, thereby ensuring that they become end-to-end experts and run new initiatives independently.- Oversee India site operations (we have offices in Gurugram, Haryana & Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu).- Hiring top-notch software engineers for various engineering functions.- Be the central point of contact for all employees in India as well as collaborate and interface with the Executive Leadership team based in the US, to develop and implement plans to support the growth objectives of the organization.2. As the Engineering Head:- Leading and managing the Anti-Fraud platform for our customers. The Anti-Fraud platform uses machine learning and image mapping algorithms for detection, mitigation and prevention of phishing and other social engineering scams.

As a Global Delivery Head, fully accountable for managing one of the multi-million-dollar flagship account at Nagarro, with complete responsibility of overall account performance which included contractual obligations, P&L, managing margins, delivering quality software and good customer satisfaction score. I worked with many C-Suite executives of top-tier organizations to help define and implement their business strategy and roadmap. My responsibilities included strategic planning for account growth, leading the delivery of multiple software products and services, and building & managing high performance technical teams spread across global locations.- Over the time, I expanded my team strength from 22 to about 140+ folks. This was a cross-functional team consisting of Architects, UX/UI Designers, Project & Product Managers, Developers, QA and Support Engg. spread across India, USA, Mexico and Europe.- I managed to grow the account portfolio from $1.2M to more than $7.2M in 6 years. My team supported customers across the USA, Europe & APAC.- We helped our customers do Cloud enablement and implemented several Digital Business Transformation initiatives.- We implemented B2B & B2C eCommerce platform, using Magento Commerce Cloud, which supported multi-market, multi-language & multi-currency rollout with minimal changes/configuration.- We also developed a modern & robust CPQ solution to be used by distributors to configure, estimate and provide real-time quote to their customers, thereby saving significant effort and time. - We did early implementations of: Applied AI/ML based OCR App. Universal Chatbot, built using Azure Cognitive Services, for 24x7 L1 customer support. AR/VR based prototype. PoC for ship date prediction using AI in Data Analytics for B2B business. Product Recognition service built using Computer Vision technology.. Real time Sentiment Analysis of support calls.

Led the eCommerce team for groceries.ASDA.com in India Development Center (IDC) at Bangalore and was responsible for end-to-end Engineering team's delivery.I strengthened the IDC team by increasing it's size from 6 to 30 people. This cross-functional team, consisting of Architects, UX Designers, Product Managers, Developers and QA, worked closely with the UK based business owners to define and build the roadmap for ASDA's ever expanding groceries platform.

Led the airline ticketing team through agile transformation that delivered solutions for a distributed, high performing and scalable software application called the airline reservation system (ARS). ARS manages airline schedules, fare tariffs, passenger reservations and ticket records.This team owned the end-to-end product development related to the ARS application involving Webservices (SOAP, REST), Data Management Services, Data Analytics and Revenue reporting.

Led the Oracle Business Intelligence (OBI) team for Oracle CRM OnDemand at Bangalore.Hired the entire team consisting of about 10 developers & QA, hand picking each and every individual. This team was then trained in OBI - classroom trainings, on job trainings and sessions conducted by OBI architects from the US team.This team went on to own the OBI area for Oracle CRM OnDemand. Each of these individuals have now grown to become highly skilled OBI developers and some of them are leading their own teams in their new jobs.Being a strong proponent of Agile, I spearheaded the Agile practice in the team.
