I am responsible for creating events & content to engage, educate, and empower NAFSN members and the public at large. My work includes overseeing the website, webinars, podcasts, social media, curriculum development, news announcements, member discounts & incentives, support of student employees and the promotion of partners’ events and learning opportunities. I have a strong focus in workforce development, wanting to connect people to hiring companies.As of 2023, The North American Food Systems Network is hosting a podcast series called "Finding Your Future in Food Systems," with the first season based in Europe. This series features Job Creators in regional and local food systems work. The podcast aims to present a variety of businesses and organizations across Europe that work in local and regional food systems development. The hope is to introduce different systems that may or may not exist in America so that listeners are able to learn about innovative programs.

Worked at a local middle school in Bra, Italy to help middle school students feel more comfortable and confident speaking in English.Provided 1 on 1 English lessons both in person and online to community members ranging from the age of 5 to 55.

Located in Tuscany, Italy, Tenuta di Spannocchia is a 1100-acre organic agritourism farm that hosts guests from around the world. Scholars, artists, musicians and environmentalists visit the historic estate to experience the natural setting and support their conservation efforts. They are committed to preserving the original property as well as promoting sustainable living. Here I worked on various tasks, prioritizing my time in the vineyard while also taking classes to learn about different growing methods in the region.
