Leading and implementing the scaled agile framework in Image Guided Therapy. Continuously improving the team and organization performance using lean and agile principles.

Within the x-ray system test group, I am responsible for designing and executing tests. In addition, I am also in the lead of managing an obsolescence project towards the end-of-life stage. In the system test department of R&D, I am leading the implementation of lean and pride principles using KPI’s and the daily management board and I analyze the resource management process for the whole system development cluster.

Bright Society is an external talent incubator that enrolls 15 individuals with a PhD each year. Within the 3-year program we get the opportunity to develop ourselves by taking a variety of self-development courses and by benefitting from the network of all members in this society during all kinds of activities.

At the department of Human Biology we are performing research in human subjects.
