• Accountable for all operations of a fast-paced site, managing and coaching a 30-employees team, overseeing rostering and workforce management, including annual leave management, absenteeism, timekeeping employee.
• Acting as a HR Officer, leading the onboarding of new hires (including right to work checking, payroll setup, and training on company's SOP) and off-boarding (handling terminations)..
• Managing operations projects and internal workflows to hit business targets, focusing on continuous improvement.
• Ensuring quality control in all aspects of the business, including stock management, purchasing, kitchen operations, waste management, customer service, sales performance and overall financial management.
• Measuring productivity by generating and analysing performance data, financial data, and activity reports.
