The Events Manager position for Farmhouse was a hybrid position that allowed me to develop our private events program while also acting as leadership for the restaurant's general dining service. As the Events Manager, I maintained and grew a portfolio of both socially based and corporate clients totaling in over 250 events for the year of 2022, a 200% increase from the previous year when social and corporate events were rare due to covid precautions. When not acting as the on-site contact for private dining services, I managed general dining staff. I created streamlined processes to increase work efficiency which could then be tracked through a regularly updated catalogue. At the end of 2022, the restaurant group decided to close, renovate, rebrand, and is now planning on reopening in 2023 as Thomas & Dutch where I will assume the position of General Manager.
