As a senior leader within Microsoft’s worldwide AI commercial solution area organization I lead, develop, and manage a team of high performing solution and technical specialists for North America and LATAM.My team and I bring impactful market insights into customer engagements and help customers envision AI empowered solutions that align with their business and technical requirements. We provide technical expertise and thought leadership to best promote and position Microsoft’s AI enabled products and solution portfolio. I manage a team of Specialists dedicated to Microsoft’s partnership with AT&T. Our team leads engagements across the entire Microsoft cloud portfolio including Azure, Data & AI, Microsoft 365, Teams, Security, Compliance, Business Applications, and Power Platform.I lead my team to explore emerging business and technology opportunities to facilitate customer innovation and increase adoption of the Microsoft cloud.As director I also engage with C-level executives to inspire and envision industry prioritized solutions and net-new ventures.

As cloud specialist director, I provided impactful industry and technology insights to empower digital transformation across enterprise business functions and win deals that create value for customers and drive deployment of Microsoft cloud technologies.In this role I explored and assessed the needs of our strategic telco customers, provided analysis of the competitive landscape, and managed stakeholders to position the holistic value of the Microsoft platform and transform new markets in the telecommunications industry.

As a senior solution specialist, I established a best-in-class engagement model orchestrating a team of solution specialists, cloud solution architects, support and engineering resources to increase Azure consumption.

In this role I was the lead Azure specialist on the team that forged a multibillion-dollar strategic alliance with AT&T focused on empowering their digital transformation through application migration and development on Azure, increased collaboration and productivity on Microsoft 365 Cloud suite, and the next generation of 5G enabled services.

In my role as a specialist within the Global Sales & Marketing organization I led a team of technical, partner and consulting resources focused on enterprise customers and enabling their digital transformation to optimize operations, better empower employees, accelerate product transformation, and increase customer engagement. Managed full lifecycle of deal orchestration including strategic planning, opportunity qualification, stakeholder management, scaling with partners, securing customer commitment, and facilitating onboarding to increase adoption and usage of Microsoft technologies.
