I'm Dunedin-based but work across New Zealand as part of the Avid.Legal team. I'm especially active in the technology and game development sectors, and am a huge supporter of Dunedin’s exciting and growing startup ecosystem.I take complex commercial concepts and turn them into simple and clear words. I regularly write articles for the Otago Daily Times and try to communicate tricky legal ideas in a straightforward way. I love working with startups, businesses and charities that need help to grow or want to make a real impact.I am also the Chair of Startup Dunedin, helping lead the Board and team to help facilitate Dunedin's growing startup ecosystem. We're blessed to be one of the world's most entrepreneurial small cities, and I really enjoy working with a fantastic, supportive and audacious community.
