Project: Rehabilitate Yanbu South Terminal – Offshore Facility"Preparing the Project Quality Plan, Inspection & Test Plans, Special Process Procedures according to schedule “Q” requirementsConducting the management review meeting every six months according to schedule “Q”.Follow up the site activities and assist the QC inspectors in resolving any issues raised by Aramco ID.Follow up the LBE’s raised in the QMIS and conducting training sessions to the concerned personnel caused such violation in order to avoid recurrence. Issue the internal NCR’s and follow up the corrective actions.Follow up the site welding activities and observing the weld rejection rate and RT disagreement rate.Preparing the IAP’s and IDR’s and liaising with TPI for the material inspections and reporting to VID/SAIR.Preparing the hydro test packages, PMCC’s and Project Record Books.Reviewing all documents before submitting to Saudi Aramco ID in order to avoid any rejection and maintaining high PQI records.

Project: Marafiq Marine Facility (Maintenance)Rectification and re-installation after hydro testing of fourty (40) Motor Operated Valves Disc Seal Leakages (Diameters: DN1000mm, DN2400mm, DN2500mm, DN2700mm & DN2800mm).Fabrication and installation 51 new dismantling joints and flange adapters.Replacing of various diameter valves inside Marafiq Marine Facility.Repairing of the Booster Pumps and SW HP Pumps due to oil seepage.Installation of 14 new MOVs and CCVs diameter DN2300mm.

Project: Yanbu Power and Desalination Plant Phase III:It is my responsibility to establish and implement the Inspection and Test Plans, Project Quality Plan, site Quality procedures i.e. welding procedures, concrete repair procedures, work Instructions and to assure that the quality of all phases throughout the scope of work including engineering, procurement, installation activities etc. are properly controlled and achieved in accordance with the codes, standards, contract specifications and agreed procedures. Assist and coordinate with the site QC Team and all personnel assigned to the project in establishing an overall Company Quality Management Plan based on Company Quality Management system and Project requirements. Establish the Project Quality audit program & schedule and perform the Project Quality Audit within the project organization according to ISO 9001 and Company integrated management system. Report the Project Quality Audit Results to Regional Quality Manager and Project Manager. Coordinate and communicate with Client on Project Quality issues, Attend client quality management meetings, Coordinate with our engineering dept. for the resolution of technical discrepancies, Issue and track of nonconformance reports, resolve and follow-up of client’s complaints and NCR’s, liaison with our Consultant (Fichtner) and Owner SWCC (saline water conversion corporation) through our Contractors (Doosan and Samsung ), Monitoring our subcontractor works quality and daily production work. Coordination with the field team for all welding procedure specifications and procedures qualifications reports, supervision of all visual inspections and NDE, including 3rd party services.Produce and develop the Project Quality Training Plan. Ensure implementation of the plan. Ensure that training records are maintained.It is also my responsibility to prepare the concrete mix designs and to control the site laboratory and Batching Plant.

Project: Jeddah South Thermal Power Plant:It was my responsibility to assure that the quality of all phases throughout the scope of work including engineering, procurement, installation activities etc. are properly controlled and achieved in accordance with the codes, standards, contract specifications and agreed procedures, preparation of Quality documents, inspection and test plans, job assignment training of QC inspectors, scheduling daily work load and job assignment of inspectors, monitoring the quality control activities, preparation and follow-up of Non-Conformance Report (NCR), liaison with Contractor (Hyundai ) and Owner (Saudi Electricity Company).

Project: Shoaiba II Combined Cycle Power Plant:Responsible for implementation of QA/QC activities, preparation of Quality documents, inspection and test plans, etc..., perform the inspections in regards to all off shore area related to civil works i.e. jetty piling and civil works, access trestle bridge, intake & discharge channel & intake bridge, all the NDT testing for PCCP and tubular piles welding works and ….etc.

Project: Doubling of Main Line No. (1) Between Hofuf and Siding (5), and between Siding (9) and Riyadh (150 Km Train Road):Preparation of all project’s quality procedures and ITP’s, Quality documents and supervise the QA/QC activities, taking care of the whole process of the track laying, rail welding (Electric Flash Butt Welding & Thermite welding) including the laboratory testing, pre-stressed concrete sleepers and box culvers (precast and cast in-situ), earthworks activities including the production of ballast, tamping and distressing.

Project: Shoaiba II Combined Cycle Power Plant It was my responsibility to liaise with our client in regards to all quality issues and coordinate between our QC Inspectors and Client’s Representative, for the smooth process of the daily planned site inspection activities. Attend all quality meetings with client and consortium leader, follow-up the client’s NCR’s and complaints and assist the site engineers to finalize relevant corrective actions. Originate the quality procedures and site inspection and test plans, monitoring the project’s quality registers. Attending internal Audits and internal site progress meetings. Preparing the QC weekly and monthly reports and reviewing site laboratory reports and records.Reviewing QC inspector’s reports and assisting project QA/QC Manager on the evaluation of such reports. Preparation and submission of projects final documentation CCC/ECC/MCC/PCCC and PAC

Project: Shoaiba Steam Power Plant – Stage III – Shoaiba 3 x 397 MW:It was my responsibility to coordinate between our QC Inspectors and Client’s Representative, for the smooth process of the daily planned site inspection activities. To perform site inspection when ever this was required, to deputize the project QA/QC Manager and participating in meetings with client and consortium leader, in regards to quality issues.Supervising the implementation of the NCR’s (Non Conformance Reports) Procedures and assisting the site engineers to finalize relevant corrective actions.Monitoring the project’s quality registers, the distribution of quality documents. Attending internal Audits and internal site progress meetings.Review and /or originating site QCP’s (Site Quality Control Procedures).Preparing and Originating QC weekly and monthly reports and reviewing site laboratory reports and records.Reviewing QC inspector’s reports and assisting project QA/QC Manager on the evaluation of such reports.Have the overall responsibility of the preparation and submission of projects final documentation.I have done the same activities mentioned under Shoaiba Power Plant Stage II, Phase 1&2.

Project: Shoaiba Steam Power Plant – Stage II, Phase 1&2- Shoaiba 6 x 350 MW:Welding and Mechanical Inspection for HFO/CO Storage Tank, Water Storage Tanks, Chimney Platform & Liners, Structural Steel Buildings, Single Skin and Sandwich Panel Cladding, Pre-stressed Concrete Cylinder Pipes (PCCP), Pipe Lines, Fire Barrier (Super Flex Board) for the 380Kv Cable Racks, Roller and Folding Doors, Painting Activities such as Chimney and HFO/CO Tanks Lining/Painting, Fuel Oil Booster Pumping Station, Preparation documents for quality record books (QRB), Construction/Erection Certificates (CCC/ECC), Taking Over Certificates (TOC), Originating and Reviewing Welding Procedures, Mechanical Works Method Statements and Quality Procedures, NDT testing for all the welding activities under our scope, ….. etc.
