Information Technology Services Manager
Current* Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to the Federal and Surge I.T. Team* Set clear goals and objectives for team members and monitor their performance* Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee development* Develop and implement I.T. service strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery* Monitor and evaluate service levels, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary* Ensure I.T. services are aligned with the organization's overall strategy* Lead I.T. projects related to Federal and Surge management, ensuring they are delivered on time and according to the defined scope* Regularly communicate project statuses, risks, and milestones to stakeholders* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in I.T. service management and workforce technology* Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance I.T. service delivery and workforce management* Conduct regular assessments and audits to ensure compliance with I.T. policies, standards, and regulatory requirements
