I am a statistician working on methods for modeling graph and content dynamics in social networks at Lawrence Livermore National Lab. I am implementing methods to describe how subgraph structures and subgraph content (written text) evolve jointly over time. While pursing my doctoral degree in statistics, I worked on several collaborative projects in infectious disease dynamics related that were heavily focused on Bayesian hierarchical modeling, Markov chain Monte Carlo, statistical computing, and R programming.
