I began my journey in the financial industry with DFIN (then RR Donnelley) in 2012. Throughout my tenure, I benefited immensely from the guidance and support of my colleagues and mentors, which equipped me with the skills and knowledge to excel in my roles.In 2018, I transitioned to PayPal - Venmo, joining the customer solutions team. This environment proved to be highly conducive to personal and professional growth. I quickly became proficient with the platform and built strong relationships within my team. My dedication and expertise led to my role as a team mentor and interim lead, where I focused on fostering communication with clients and internal teams to enhance learning opportunities and streamline processes.During a transitional phase, I explored my potential on a payment research team at Achieve. Eventually, I moved on to embrace new opportunities at Workiva. Here, I expanded my product knowledge on the Support team and currently serve as a Customer Success Manager, where I am dedicated to ensuring our customers' success and satisfaction.
