Event Organization- Organize 2 dominant shows in rubber and tire field with 45,000sqm exhibition scale, 600+ exhibitors, 65 various regions and countries. - Plan and implement 2 onsite events – Overseas Exhibition Sharing and RubberTech Forum which are realized on the basis of overseas market research, target audience research, topic selection, information integration and evaluation of exhibitor survey. Each event involves 60+ participants.Project Management - Monitor 6 overseas market projects each year in manners of time, budget, staffing, quality, risks and execution as well performance. - Evaluated by purchase, sale, pre and after sale service segment against profit and loss situation. - Single project profit hits CNY300,000 with money flow above CNY1,500,000 and a maximum market share of 48%. Media Collaboration- Establish major media collaborations with overseas magazines and media partners after year-end assessment. - Initiate wechat media approach and realize a fans growth of over 10,000 units within 2 years of online and offline promotion activities.- Involvement in media invitation during the exhibition days as well as the planning and execution of annual VIP dinner party. Administrative directors will be invited to attend the VIP dinner party for exhibitor reunion and market promotion.
