I support the business goals through direct interaction with sales, credit, scheduling, finance, and legal personnel, as well as external contract personnel, clients, and vendors. My strong communication and relationship building skills with both internal and external customers at all levels and functions are critical for successful transactions, problem solving, and customer retention. I've experienced constant change and growth in our business within the last 3-4 years requiring constant attention to changing priorities. Some of my current responsibilities include:- Providing client support to a customer base of 168 clients in the Northeast, part of the Midwest, and Southern regions with total annual sales of >$17MM.- Working closely with Business Development Managers and Project Managers to manage accounts, including handling of disputed invoices, and providing customer feedback to appropriate personnel within the business.- Acting as a first-line of contact for day-to-day flow of information with existing and potential customers.- Providing prompt, accurate, excellent service.
