My current job responsibilities include managing 34 clerical, supervisors, union and non-union employees. I am responsible for the dispatch office, New Services department. I coordinate the administrative issues for the Operations department. I provide documentation and presentations to a variety of different groups and serve on several process improvement teams.During my career at National Fuel I have been involved in management audits as well as gathering information for other audits. I have conducted internal audits, i.e., time reporting/payroll and restoration audits at our various locations.I have been involved in implementing a couple improvement processes, e.g., work management system and operations management system. These systems improve communication, track productivity and assist in analyzing our business activities in the Operations department focusing on where improvements can be made.
