About Wanda L. Mcarn

In this second half of my life, I am spending my time on my passions: ending homelessness, addressing mental health issues and developing young people. My years as a consulting and sales leader have prepared me for this time. I founded Next Step Development Corporation in 2021 to build affordable tiny home communities for those experiencing homelessness or housing insecurity and partnering with the supportive resources they need to lead successful lives.
