• Ensure minimum 95% shop floor Compliance (SFC) Vs Production Plan on weekly basis in respective production areas. Whereas, 98% should be met on monthly basis• Evaluate progress through coordination meetings on daily basis and fortnightly basis with cross functional team and among the team• Monitor and control OT hrs. Productivity rate, and IDLE hrs. As per budget on daily basis or monthly basis.• Development of backup operators of the plant to avoid chances of idle hours in the absence of permanent operators• Enhance GMP compliance with respect to BRC, OHSAS and HALAL and responsible to Fix issues and improve Gaps with coordination with cross functional team for closure of highlighted gaps by Production, QA and HSE• Ensure Safe working Environment at all Levels to limit the LTIs to zero and Reduce Minor Injuries and First Aid Cases from last year reported cases• Analyse the wastage generation data and share the information with respective department to revise the standards with reductions• Review Process cycle time of all operations and match with Budget Rate of Labour Hour/Carton
