Wasiem Ahmad obtained his degree from the Faculty of Science in the year 2000. The following year, he began working as a science teacher. Three years later, he was appointed as a teacher's trainer for several programs, which included teaching methodologies that incorporated technology, scientific research, engineering design, and other technology-related programs. By 2004, Wasiem became the primary trainer for these programs and traveled to over seven Arab countries to train teachers.In 2012, Wasiem assumed the position of fair director for Intel ISEF in Egypt, where he also led the Egyptian team in more than five international competitions. He also worked as a consultant for science competitions in Kuwait and UAE. In 2013, Wasiem was a consultant for ESP, focusing on developing training programs for K5-k7 teachers, encouraging scientific thinking and student participation in science fairs.That same year, he became a certified trainer for the Technology Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center “ TIEC”. In 2015, he worked as a consultant for World Learning, where he helped develop a curriculum for K7-k9 students, aimed at engaging them in STEM through everyday activities. In 2017, Wasiem trained STEM school teachers on implementing science activities for new students, familiarizing them with the engineering design process.Also in 2017, he worked as an Operation Manager for Global Innovation and Entrepreneur Company, organizing various events such as Egypt IoT & AI Challenge, Global Conference on Internet of Things, Egyptian Science Week, ROV, Underwater challenges, Minesweepers, ByPalma, IEEE smart mobility conference & Al Alamine Robotics championship.In 2021, he served as a technical consultant for the USAID STESSA Program, preparing finalists for the ISEF international competition. Currently, Wasiem is working at Global Innovation & Entrepreneurship (GIE) Company as the Egypt Office managing director.
