Global Change/Program Manager
Global Change Manager
The program of work I previously managed largely supported the Change Management organization, and while I incorporated many change management methodologies into my daily practices, I was missing core change management experience. This led me to take a lateral move into a Global Change Management role. During this year my focus shifted from the product to the audience - understanding motivations that lead to the acceptance of change and reasons that render change unsuccessful. I was responsible for creating and implementing communication plans, strengthening and leveraging networks of ambassadors, creating support strategies that support the flow of work, and analyzing metrics to refine workflows and processes.

Initially leading a team of 3 analysts and helping to restructure the local support organization to reflect a newly established global support structure. Towards the end of this period, the local support analysts were reassigned and I transitioned to the sales organization.

I began my career with Cerner as part of their support organization. Our small team supported the core solutions of Cerner clients within the Australian public healthcare space. I was responsible for providing 1st and 2nd line support for Millennium PowerChart, Documentation and Orders, troubleshooting issues until resolution, and coordinating with subject experts to manage action items and escalations.
