I have always been curious about how things were built and put together. At a very young age, I challenged myself to take things apart, understand how they were built, and then try to find a better way to build them. That curiosity and tenacity have led me through many learning experiences and drove me to always “look at things a different way”. In doing so, I was always able to interpret the complex, difficult issues and break them down to easy simple solutions. Although I started out my career in customer service and held many positions in management, I have a passion for technology. I also believe strongly in lifelong learning. That passion and the constant desire to learn led me to first telephony systems and then computer networking. In my career in IT, I have had many roles such as system administration, network administration, IT director, cybersecurity professional, and others. Throughout all the roles I have been in and the many projects I have been involved with, I enjoy finding solutions for people and clients through technology. I believe in building long-lasting relationships by delivering sound technical solutions and best-in-class service.
