Having worked in the security industry for over 20 years I have held various positions from Door Supervisor to Operations Manager. Working for a national security provider I was eager to progress in the industry. As years progressed I realized my personal ideals and business ethics conflicted to that of my employers and we parted ways in April 2016. I am now Director of Finance of my own Security Company and business is growing at a steady rate. I am confident the service we are providing is of the highest standard to both clients and employees. With a high focus on customer service, employee welfare and staff development we are aiming to become market leaders in the provision of security personnel in the Yorkshire area. making the move to self employed has enabled me to strike the right balance between work and home life.
