Combat Stress is the leading charity for veterans who suffer with PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), and other mental health issues. I was recommended to this contract as a project manager who can manage senior stakeholders across many departments and deliver the scope of a project within an ongoing process of organizational change. Prior to this project Combat Stress did not have an Intranet solution as such my role was an integral part of their ongoing Communications Transformation program Methodologies employed: A hybrid of Prince 2 and AgileHighlights and Achievements • Project Managed the delivery of the MS SharePoint Online Intranet on an Azure platfom• Ensured active directory groups were created in line with intranet permissions. • Stakeholder management of third party suppliers Heads of Department, Managers and Directors• Developed, Maintained and fostered buy-in from stakeholders within a politically charged organizational environment.• Identified, assigned and managed intranet champions to assist in leading on user engagement• Implemented User Acceptance Testing and Quality Assurance Testing workshops through each iteration until final signoff• Assessed potential risks and issues - created and maintained respective registers and logs • Chaired and organized weekly stakeholder/project update meetings with third party suppliers • Prepared project board documentation. I was recruited to this role to for my expertise in this area in order to steer the project and the information governance team through the Phase one and into Phase 2 their GDPR program. After losing their GDPR PM suddenly, I was recruited as someone who could hit the ground running and deliver the objective and deliverables of this project. Highlights and Achievements • Gap Analysis - Data Protection Impact Assessments across multiple departments within 5 Directorates • Advising on Privacy Statements /Privacy notices to ensure compliance with both the GDPR - Data Protection Act 2018 • Advising on special Category Data status and clauses within special category areas • Stakeholder management of Third Party Suppliers, Business partners, Senior Managers Heads of Departments and Directors • Information management audit to ascertain cost savings where duplication of data/information became a cost implication. • Assessed potential risks and issues - created and maintained respective Logs to ensure risks and issues were captured • Prepared and maintained project documentation and successfully ensured Go Live on “GDPR Day” with All objectives and project deliverables being met prior to phase 2

Contracted to give strategic guidance and consultation within an existing IT transformation across various service areas within the CNWL NHS Trust. Culminated in coordinating and subsequently Deputising as Project Manager for a SharePoint based, room booking application hosted on the trusts Intranet. The solution had to work for both business meetings as well as clinical appointments. It has a mixed organisational structure with some centralised resources however the day to day operation at local branches is decentralised.
