Combat Stress is the leading charity for veterans who suffer with PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), and other mental health issues. I was recommended to this contract as a project manager who can manage senior stakeholders across many departments and deliver the scope of a project within an ongoing process of organizational change. Contracted to give strategic guidance and consultation within an existing IT transformation across various service areas within the CNWL NHS Trust. Culminated in coordinating and subsequently Deputising as Project Manager for a SharePoint based, room booking application hosted on the trusts Intranet. The solution had to work for both business meetings as well as clinical appointments.
