Currently the Manager & Recovery Practitioner for Outside the Wire (Matthew Project) supporting serving military personnel, veterans and their families dealing with substance misuse and PTSD.Project Manager of the Integrated Offender Management Scheme, who offer support and counselling within the probation service with the aim to stop re offending . Ex military - RAF Regiment (23yrs), served on numerous operational tours around the world, and gained a wealth of life skills and people skills.Since leaving the HM Forces in 2006, I have been involved in working within HM Prison services as an Officer and a Healthcare worker.I am a fully qualified First Aid and Health & Safety trainer, with many years experience, not only as a trainer but also as a training manager.I enjoy a challenge and give 100% to new projects, and a firm believer in acknowledging problems, but always present a possible solution at the same time.I am very passionate about the work I do, it is nice know you can support someone in need, knowing that person is prepared to give up everything for his or hers country.
