Responsible for 900 direct staff and numerous sub contractors.400 luxury pleasure craft, up to 60 feet in length were fully manufactured on the site. each year whilst I was with the company.My role was to manage all aspects of production and to assist sales and marketing when key clients visited the site.

The site assembled up to ten Volvo and Mack trucks per day with 300+ employees over two shifts.Responsible for all aspects of production including achieving cost and delivery targets.

BEAM provided engineering and project services to a variety of industries around the Riverina area of New South Wales.Special purpose machinery was designed, manufactured and installed. Uprading and automation of existing machinery was also completed.With a core of 5 permanent staff supported by casual and contract employees projects up to $1 million were successfully completed.My role was as the front man for the business, taking a lead role in sales, marketing, designing and managing the business.

Three year assignment to manage the operations of wool combing plant.Led the complete restructure of the business to move from $5 million USD per year loss to a profit.

Managing engineering, maintenance and project departments.Design and project manage a $62 million AUD expansion and modernization project which achieved payback in less than three years. This project was independently review by external experts and deemed to be the most advanced and efficient wool combing plant that existed in the world.

Provide consultancy services, mainly in respect to automation of industrial machinery.

Initially engaged on two week contract as a consultant to make robotic cells operational. This extend to a four year stay designing electrical interface and control systems for new robotic facilities and then being the site project manager for a $30 million robotic plant at the Ford Broadmeadows site. At the time of completion this was the largest robotics plant in the Southern Hemisphere.After completing the project I spent one year running the facility as Plant Superintendent, with 260 staff.
