I am a Training Manager in the public sector. I have experience of working with individuals, improving IT skills. Group work on IT systems. A bit of expertise in the health service rolling out Skype. Lots of experience rolling out IT systems at the project implementation phase across a number of LA departments. Most enjoyable was business change and IT roll out of IT systems in Childrens and Adults Social Care. Moving those departments from paper based to electronic recording was very rewarding. Second fave is rolling out Teams/M365. Love this tech! Very transformational. I aim to develop a better understanding of the barriers that people face and support them through these barriers by engaging their own learning. Family person, proper geek… I mean who rewatches Quatermass stuff from the 50s these days…
