I am a seasoned Business Executive, Entrepreneur, Board Member, and Strategy Consultant. I have a proven track record in driving business turnaround, operational efficiency and growth. I also designed Digital Transformation plans for top SA Insurers and Banks. I held an instrumental role in the development of the Ghana Strategy Report in 2018 to curb youth unemployment. Other positions held included General Manager, COO, Executive Director and Vice President for several blue-chip companies.I also Founded of Exponential Risk & Consulting, a boutique management consulting firm with focus on Strategy Design, Optimisation and The Future of Work. Driven by my committed for mentorship and talent development, I serve as Co-Chairman of the Board for the UAE-Africa Mentorship Development Consortium, a youth development and entrepreneur startup form.
