Researched, developed, and implemented new courseware to teach students how to teach/instruct, develop, and deliver effective presentations. Served as a senior member of MAWTS-1’s curriculum and instructor review boards. Developed exercise summary reports and agency capability briefs that were presented at the General Officer level across Marine Aviation and with Joint/Coalition partners.
