CurrentProvides Experienced Fleet Operator (EFO) insight into the Developmental Test and Engineering (DT&E) process for the next generation Aircraft Carrier USS GERALD R. FORD (CVN78). As the Aviation Systems Engineer Planner, responsible for the analysis, assessment and planning of new technologies that are unique to CVN78 class carriers. Ensures that performance requirements, capabilities, and characteristics such as Key Performance Parameters (KPP), Measure of Effectiveness (MOE), Measure of Performance (MOP), Critical Technical Parameters (CTP), and Critical Operational Issues (COI) that the CVN78 Ship Design is required to achieve, will be met or exceeded, as outlined in the Operational Requirements Document (ORD) and in the Test and Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP). Responsible for review, revision, and recommendations of current legacy (CVN68 Class) test procedures and their application to the CVN78 Class Developmental Test Management Plan (DTMP). Supports the Program Manager in meeting deliverable requirements for technical accuracy and timeliness.
