• World Class Organization (WCO) - My role consisted of leading/driving Autonomous Maintenance best practice methodology to all production and maintenance personnel. Best Practices include 5S, Focus Improvement, Visual management and Teamwork.• Focus Improvement (FI) - To drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) process.• Packaging and Development- The role consisted of representing the maintenance to establish machine capabilities. • Projects- The role consisted of planning and executing projects such as installing new machinery etc.• Health and Safety- To ensure health and safety protocols are adhered too.• Business process support- To provide technical support to operations as and where required. Due to my expertise in the Aerosol field, I am required to support when necessary. From time to time, I am required to attend to job cards in all operations departments. I am required to support Production and Maintenance with technical related Root Cause Analysis (RCA). • Business Process Improvements- Deliver on long term profit improvement initiatives. Identify and implement improvement and Capex projects throughout operations. Identify and implement focus improvement initiatives and resolution of production constrains using problem solving tools. Research and execute project assigned.• New product Development (NPD) Support- Support through equipment capability validation. To provide technical input and evaluation to all line trials as scheduled. Provide all technical resolutions and improvements as required from output of line trials as appropriate. Develop and maintain line trial technical specification sheet.• World Class Organization (WCO)- Provide best practice support to business unit managers on WCO. Assist with development of asset care (AC) as part of the WCO focus. Initiate and lead the progression of Autonomous Maintenance (AM) and AM days in all operational areas, align with the business unit manager and the rest of the Continuous Improvement (CI) team.
