Mr. Wayne King is the President of Encompass Lending Group, LP. He started his mortgage career in 2001 as a Licensed Loan Officer after a brief period working as a Real Estate Agent in Houston, Texas. After a great experience working as a Broker Assistant and a Licensed Loan Officer for Truemark Lending, Inc. for seven years, Mr. King decided to use all of the skills and talents he had acquired with his years of experience to help start Encompass Lending Group, LP. Mr. King brings vast experience in origination of all types of residential home loans and is a current and active member of the Katy Chamber of Commerce, Check A Pro/Katy Pros, NAMB, TAMB, HAMB and Lending Integrity. Mr. King recently lobbied for the TAMB in Austin in support of legislation to require financial literacy in high school as a requirement for graduation. In addition, Mr. King has done several radio spots for 650CNN “Bring on Success” program discussing mortgage lending and financial literacy.Mr. King has great passion for educating clients on all aspects of the home-buying/financing experience. His dedication to excellence has allowed him to build a well-respected reputation in the Houston market.
