I provided a full end to end Mystery Shopping service via an online system. I attended new business meetings and met with new clients to determine business/ project requirements. Once obtained, I designed a questionnaire to suit needs, run a pilot if required, then run the programmes (varying in lifespans). Then provided the relevant reports/ presentations, dependant again on the client needs. I also attended client meetings and away days to present findings at area/ regional level. I managed internal relationships across departments and held clients based both in the UK and internationally.

Costa RicaTo organise and run a project site in remote areas with little external support, managing a group of around 12 international young people in a cross cultural environment during 3 separate phases.
