Head of global Electronic Materials Division composed of four Strategic Business Units: Electronic Tonnage and Bulk Gases, Delivery Systems, Process Materials and Services Advance Materials, responsible for overall operations, effective performance, growth and profitability of the division to maximize shareholder value. Enable the management team to achieve their results and commitments as well as develop professionally. Specific Responsibilities include:Establish the strategy and direct activitiesLead and execute three year operating planProvide leadership, vision and direction to management, employees, and outside resources as necessary to accomplish the mission, goals and objectivesManage Global technology ensuring the enabling technology strategy is aligned with our business strategy and objectives Lead overall business developmentManage investments across the business portfoliosManage a complex global manufacturing and supply chain network Use of consistent set of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of each SBU to effectively measure and monitor the progress around long term Economic Value Added (EVA)Manage leadership team to insure that customers' quality standards and service requirements are metDevelop and maintain senior level contacts with officers and employees of important and prospective customers, suppliers and other industry executives; active in trade associations
