Together, we innovate and support both Airline IT and Agency GDS businesses, focusing on Reservations, Queues, and Teletype.We drive Agile development to elevate air, car, and hotel booking software for 36+ SabreSonic airlines and over 45,000 travel agencies worldwide. We successfully migrated over 2,000 functions from the mainframe to Google Cloud, a move that saved an impressive $80 million annually.Collaboration is key in my role. I've worked with the Department of Homeland Security and various international entities to ensure our airline partners stay compliant with ever-evolving regulations. Plus, I partner with data privacy and security teams to handle audits and customer inquiries, keeping everything smooth and secure.

Our global collaboration and dedication to excellence made a significant impact on the travel industry.One of my proudest achievements was authoring industry whitepapers that evolved into the IATA Airline Implementation Standards for Ancillaries, Secure Flight, and Redress/Known Traveler programs. These contributions helped shape key industry standards and improved the travel experience for millions.
