• Do weekly inspections on all Trucks and Forklifts at Sasko Pioneer Foods, and do maintenance and repairs on fleet.• Orders and sales of all parts and service kits. • Do weekly hour and km reading for scheduled services.• Customer relation and problem solving.• Job cards and invoicing.• Prepare all forklifts for yearly safety inspection (full pass rate 4 years in a row)• Sales on new and used forklifts.• Attend monthly training classes at UD trucks head office in Bloemfontein.• After sales service.• Cold calling for new clients.• Manage vehicle conditions on a weekly basis.• Control work in progress • Achieve monthly targets for sold hours and parts sales.• Maintain safe working conditions and procedures.• Seek alternative business opportunities to secure profitability.• Dispatch technicians to breakdowns and after hour standby calls.• Control and report all accidental damage of fleet to customers.
