STRUCTURAL ENGINEERWayne graduated at University of Canterbury in New Zealand at year 2012 with Bachelor of Civil Engineer degree. Soon after graduation, Wayne stepped into Falcon Construction Ltd as a consultancy to assess the damaged residential property and provide repair strategy. After two years working under Falcon Construction Ltd, Wayne proceed to Certa Engineer Ltd (former ISP Engineering Ltd) to practice his specialty in structural engineer field. Within 2 years working under Certa Engineer Ltd, Wayne gain experience and confidence for any structural design related to residential area, and he slowly proceeding toward commercial projects. Not only focus on work, Wayne maintains a good work life balance. He do regular exercise 4 times per week to keep fit and keep high energy level. He also dose scuba diving from time to time, and deciding to learn ski soon. He uses Toastmaster as a tool to enhance the communication skill.
